GETTING THE CORRECT SIZE.
You can click on the size chart image in the photo section and hover over it with mouse to enlarge image - sizes are a tight fit so go up size if want loose fit
To get best fit.
Step one - measure height.. if close to the height upper limit go up one size.
Step two - if waist measurement close to upper limit go up to size that fits waist.
